Eat that frog! Delegates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to effectively and efficiently manage their working day with the emphasis on the urgent and important, organization and setting priorities.

Personal Safety in the Workplace
This absolute ‘must’ of a course will explore the potential risks that delegates may face within their workplace and offer guidance on conducting personal risk assessments. It will raise awareness and confidence levels through proactive practical strategies focussed on exploring how to avoid or defuse these potentially violent or aggressive situations.

Problem Solving & Decision Making
Delegates will be able to describe a problem, its nature, scope and impact, be able to put strategies in place to gather and interpret information, and be able to solve the problem with a win-win solution.

Train the Trainer
From good to great! This interactive course will enable delegates to recognize the qualities and skills required to be a great presenter, to state their own strengths and weaknesses and to write a SMART action plan detailing how they will improve their performance in the future.
